Can you explain what a pivot table is and how you use it?
- Going back to overall foundation, a pivot table is a tool that allows me to turn or rotate my data.
- I changed the structure of my data view while keeping the same core dataset, considering the insights I’ve gained.
- This rotation lets me explore different perspectives and extract meaningful patterns efficiently.
2.
Explain the difference between a primary key and a foreign key.
- A primary key uniquely identifies each record within a table, ensuring that no two records share the same identifier.
- A foreign key, on the other hand, creates a link between tables by referencing the primary key of a different table, thereby establishing relationships between the tables.
- This maintains data integrity and uniqueness across the database.

What is your greatest weakness?
- One of my areas for improvement is that I sometimes struggle with being too much of a workaholic, often finding it challenging to strike a perfect balance between work and personal life.
- Additionally, I am not naturally talkative and fluent in English, which I continue to work on to improve my communication skills in professional settings.
- Recognizing these weaknesses, I actively seek opportunities to develop better time management and communication strategies to enhance my overall effectiveness and collaboration in the workplace.
